Do you accept checks?
Yes, Appletreedeals will accept your personal or company check, or Money order. Your checks can be processed through our PayPal payment system, or you may mail them. Please note that mailing this payment method will greatly increase your product shipping times due to the delay caused by waiting for the mail and bank check clearance.

Are these items new or used?
Unless noted, all items are new, never-owned pieces Items are received from many sources, but gift shop liquidations are our prime source.* *Any pre-owned items will be clearly noted, and item descriptions and photos will accurately reflect item condition.

What about shipping?
We try to provide the fastest shipping service available so we generally ship the next day after payment is received. . USPS is our primary shipping source, but we also maintain UPS and FedEx accounts for special requests and shipping cost comparisons. (USPS is almost always the least expensivefor items under 3 pounds) . Shipping Insurance is required for all orders over $25.00, and is optional for other orders. . International shipping is available through USPS Priority Mail only, and insurance is required for all international orders. . We will provide you with the tracking/delivery confirmation numbers via email, as soon as your item is shipped .

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are pleased to have international buyers, and make every effort to provide the same speedy delivery service as our domestic shipping customers. . However there are a few things to know about international shipping. 1. There are a few restricted countries we may not ship to, please email us with your address and postal code so we may provide an accurate shipping quote for any item(s) you are interested in. . 2. Our quoted shipping costs DO NOT include any custom duties or tariffs imposed by the receiving country. These costs are the buyer's responsibility. . 3. All international orders will be shipped by USPS First Class or Priority International mail. Insurance is required. . 4. Please be aware that it is not unusual for customs delays of up to 3 weeks. That's not usually the case, but it can happen, and it is something a shipper has no control over. . 5. All customs forms will be completed accurately reflecting contents as retail merchandise.

Do you offer combined shipping for multiple orders?
Yes, we will be glad to offer you a multiple order combined shipping discount. Multiple orders must be purchased at the same visit, and will be shipped as one shipment. . Just drop us a note and let us know you are purchasing multiple items. There are two ways to do the discount. . 1. If you are paying by PayPal, you can go ahead and check out, paying the listed shipping charges and once we combine your order and know the combined shipping cost we will refund any over-payment to your PayPal account. . or . Email us with the multiple items you wish to purchase and we will send you an invoice with the total discounted cost.
